SMS Terms

The LCL Management Solutions LLC informational messaging program provides SMS and MMS about customer inquiries, appointment coordination, maintenance requests, and property-related service updates. It does not include marketing or promotional messages.

Voluntary enrollment

To enroll when the program becomes available, first review the messaging disclosures on our home page, this SMS Terms section, and our Privacy Policy. Then text START to (561) 598-8300. By sending START, you agree to receive informational SMS/MMS from LCL Management Solutions LLC. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Your incoming enrollment message and timestamp provide a record of consent. You will receive an enrollment confirmation with instructions for help and opting out. You do not need to give permission by telephone.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider may charge you according to your plan.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message and no further program messages unless you enroll again. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@lclmanagementsolutions.com. You may also request an opt-out by contacting us at that email.

Delivery and availability

Message delivery depends on your mobile provider and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This messaging service is not intended for emergencies.
